We discovered Spice Witch on a family vacation this summer that included a stop at the Asheville City Farmers Market...and I am so glad we did. The Spicy Honey Chili Crisp is THE BEST chili crisp I've ever had (Momo-who?). From the awesome ingredients that are in it, to the crummy ingredients that AREN'T in it, plus the phenomenal sweet-spicy combo, this is something that perfectly complements meals from breakfast through dinner, and beyond. This is the real "I put that *stuff* on everything" condiment. Great all on its own on eggs, steamed broccoli, grilled chicken, pizza, and my favorite: substituting it for the hot pepper relish on cheesesteaks! I even tried it on a decadent vanilla ice cream and it was shockingly good! Really, this is for basically anything you want to add a little spicy crunch to; plus it makes a fantastic Thai peanut sauce with the addition of a little organic peanut butter, squeeze of orange, and coconut aminos! This Spicy Honey Chili Crisp has absolutely ruined me for all of the others that I can easily purchase where I live (out of state), so yeah, that's the one downside...I'm addicted to a product that I can't buy in any store around me. My stash from our summer discovery is almost gone, so mail order here I come! Holding out hope for that mega-sized jar option...
