Chili Oil.

Spice Witch chili oil is a smooth, spicy oil made with avocado oil instead of seed oils: no canola, no soybean oil. Cook with it or drizzle it over noodles, eggs, dumplings, and pizza for a clean burst of heat.

Chili oil made with avocado oil, not seed oils

Spice Witch chili oil is a spicy, infused oil built on an avocado oil base, so there's no canola and no soybean oil. It's made in small batches in Asheville, NC by a woman-owned kitchen founded by Sabrina. Where many chili oils start from cheap seed oils, ours starts from avocado oil, which makes it a clean base for both cooking and finishing.

The oil carries garlic, ginger, and a warm spice blend for a savory, aromatic heat, approachable rather than punishing, and built to live on the counter, not the back of the pantry.

Chili oil for cooking and for drizzling

This is a do-both oil. Use it as a chili oil for cooking and as a chili finishing oil:

• Cook with it: sauté aromatics, start a stir-fry, or fold it into marinades and dressings.
• Finish with it: drizzle over noodles, fried or jammy eggs, dumplings, pizza, soups, and roasted vegetables.
• Mix it in: whisk into vinaigrettes, dipping sauces, or a quick spicy mayo.

Chili oil vs. chili crisp

Chili oil is smooth and pourable, built to coat noodles, blend into sauces, and cook with. If you want crunchy, spoonable texture instead, reach for our chili crisp lineup. Want both? The Chili Oil + Chili Crisp bundle pairs them together.
