1 Avocado mashed
2 Slices sour dough bread or your favorite bread
2 Eggs
1 Tsp garlic powder
1/2 Tsp seasoned salt
1/2 Tsp pepper
1 Tbsp Spice Witch chili crisp
1 Tbsp white vinegar for poaching eggs in water
Poach Eggs and Toast your bread. While the bread toasts, cut open your avocado and remove the flesh and pit. Mash in a bowl with your seasonings.
Spread the avocado mash on your toast and top with your poached egg. Drizzle with Spice Witch chili crisp and enjoy.
