made these Chili Crisp Cashews in a rush before an event and genuinely surprised myself with how good they were. They’re one of those rare recipes that checks every box- fast, easy, insanely flavorful, and shockingly crowd-pleasing.
It’s the kind of snack you throw together because you have five minutes, but everyone assumes you spent hours making something “fancy.”
Classic Spice Witch move: I do the heavy lifting with big, bold flavor.
You get all the credit.
Here’s how to make them.
• 3 cups raw cashews
• 2 tablespoons Spice Witch Chili Crisp (more if you like extra heat)
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon flaky salt
• ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
1. Prep
Heat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment for easy cleanup.
2. Mix
In a bowl, stir together:
Chili Crisp + brown sugar + smoked paprika.
3. Coat the cashews
Add the cashews and stir until everything is evenly coated and glossy.
4. Roast
Spread onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
They’re done when they smell incredible and look lightly toasted.
5. Salt + Cool
Sprinkle with flaky salt while warm.
Let them cool completely so they crisp up.
• Grazing boards

• Eating straight off the sheet pan
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
You will absolutely finish them sooner.
This isn't your average chili honey. Spice Witch Hot Honey is real honey with a slow, building chili burn — bold, sticky, and built for the squeeze.
Real honey, real chili, no shortcuts — and a squeeze bottle made for the table, not the back of the pantry. The heat shows up after the sweet, so it works on everything from breakfast to a cheese board. Drizzle it, glaze with it, or eat it off the spoon; there's no wrong way to use it.
Hit a slice of hot pizza or a piece of fried chicken and thank us later. Drizzle it over a warm biscuit, swirl it into hot tea, glaze salmon or roasted carrots, or pour it across goat cheese before you spread it. Even better on a waffle when you want sweet heat.
Pro tip: Leave it on the counter so it doesn't get lost in the pantry. Or better yet, bring it to the table with you.
